About Kid Connection
Our Mission is to help children connect to both the heart and Word of God so that their lives might reflect the life of Christ.
Our Premise for ministry to children is that no child is ever too young to discover the great love that Jesus has for them or the wonderful truth for living to be found in His Word.
Our Philosophy is that Christian education and growth is a process, not an event. It is “caught”, not taught, as children encounter the living Christ residing in their parents and teachers. We desire that children understand that the Christian life is Jesus living His resurrected life in and through us.
Our Methods are:
- To come alongside parents and partner with them as they seek to help their children grow spiritually, providing tools, training and encouragement in Christian parenting.
- To train and support gifted adults and teens who model an authentic Christian walk to effectively minister to children in ways that, in the power of the Holy Spirit, are life transforming.
We will teach the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, His power, and the wonders He has done. Psalm 78:4
